Canon Sarah Burles

Sarah Burles is an art historian, lecturer and tour leader. Sarah studied History of Art at Cambridge University and has a masters degree from University College London. She went on to have a career in museum and gallery education, establishing new services in three different museums, before working at the Fitzwilliam Museum in Cambridge for many years. Sarah now runs Cambridge Art Tours, which offers art tours and courses, in person and online. She is a tour director for ACE Cultural Tours, based at Stapleford Granary, and an accredited lecturer for the Arts Society.

Sarah has lived in Cambridgeshire for over 25 years and is married with three grown up children. She is an Authorised Lay Minister and leads a monthly breakfast service and a regular bible study in her small rural parish.
